Owl perch

A free-standing wooden owl perch for a wizard's tower: a crooked dark-oak post on a stepped stone base, a T-bar with rope-wrapped grips, a brass feed cup hanging under one tip and a glowing rune-crystal under the other.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Owl perch for the Wizard's Tower kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Wizard's Tower kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A crooked tower on a cliff, full of experiments. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: midnight blue #1d2448, deep violet #4b2a6b, lavender #8a6fb3, brass #b08d3c, aged gold #8a6a22, candle yellow #f2c94c, flame orange #e8833a, stone grey #6e6f78, dark stone #3e3f47, cliff slate #55606e, parchment #e7d7b1, oak brown #6b4a2f, dark wood #3d2a1c, moss green #5f7d4a, rune cyan #5fd3e6, soot black #1b1b22. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `towerHeight` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Tower height" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Believable real-world scale: ~1.26 m tall, 0.62 m across the perch bar — a falconry-style floor stand sized for a large owl. Metres, +Y up, front faces +Z, rests on y=0. The kit's towerHeight knob (0-1) drives the stand column height (0.72-1.22 m) so the perch suits the tower storey it sits on; barLength stretches the bar with the cup and charm stations tracking its tips; crook bends the carved post; charm toggles the hanging crystal; moss sets tuft density. Material names in the GLB are the kit palette colour names for recolouring. Static prop — no clip is baked. glb-lint heuristic warnings are expected: flat shading keeps primitives unindexed, the plinth nests into the slab and the crystal into its cap (intended joins), and the hanging cup/charm attach by modelled straps rather than reaching the ground.
