Cliff base

A modular 4x4 m ground tile for the Wizard's Tower kit: a crooked stack of faceted rock strata rising to a flat rim where the tower seats, with stairs, a stepping-stone path, moss, rune-cyan shards and a dead snag on a mossy apron.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Cliff base for the Wizard's Tower kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. Make it a ground piece on an exact 4 × 4 m footprint with flat edges at y = 0 that tile seamlessly with its neighbours in every direction; origin at the tile centre. This is one part of the Wizard's Tower kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A crooked tower on a cliff, full of experiments. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: midnight blue #1d2448, deep violet #4b2a6b, lavender #8a6fb3, brass #b08d3c, aged gold #8a6a22, candle yellow #f2c94c, flame orange #e8833a, stone grey #6e6f78, dark stone #3e3f47, cliff slate #55606e, parchment #e7d7b1, oak brown #6b4a2f, dark wood #3d2a1c, moss green #5f7d4a, rune cyan #5fd3e6, soot black #1b1b22. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `towerHeight` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Tower height" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Exact 4 x 4 m footprint, flat vertical edges at y=0, origin at tile centre — tiles flush with kit neighbours in every direction. Peak is ~2.2 m at the default towerHeight=0.5 (the kit knob; range ~1.6-2.8 m across 0-1). Static piece: no animation clips. Part ids use the cliffbase.* prefix because the scene plan grammar disallows hyphens. GLB is model-only: light rig and shadow catcher stay in the viewer. 1322 triangles.
