Cake
A low-poly three-tier wedding cake on a gold pedestal stand: faceted white tiers with blush ribbon bands and gold bead borders, a cascade of sugar roses with sage leaves down the front, and a rose cluster on top.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Cake for the Wedding Venue kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Wedding Venue kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A garden ceremony and a party. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: white #f4f1ec, blush pink #e085a3, sage #89a178, gold #d0a225, white dark #d7cebc, blush pink dark #d14775, white light #f9f8f6, blush pink light #eec4d2, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `colourScheme` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Colour scheme" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size at the defaults: about 0.38 m wide x 0.38 m deep x 0.48 m tall. The tiers are 0.30, 0.23 and 0.15 m across and 0.11 m tall each, on a gold pedestal stand 0.10 m high. Units are metres, +Y is up, the front (the rose cascade) faces +Z, and the origin is at the bottom centre with the stand foot resting on y = 0. Static prop: the GLB carries no animation clip. 2,704 triangles at the defaults (an estimated 3,600 at the heaviest setting, 4 tiers and 14 roses; only the defaults were exported and checked). Every material is flat-shaded, metalness 0, untextured, and named exactly after a Wedding Venue kit palette colour (6 unique colours at the default scheme). The exporter writes one material per mesh, so the same palette names repeat; recolour by name. Part ids use the hyphen-free prefix 'weddingvenuecake.' because the kit's part-id format does not allow hyphens, the same pattern the other Wedding Venue assets use. colourScheme (the kit's 'Colour scheme') recolours the ribbons, bead borders and roses only. Below 0.33 it is ivory (gold ribbons, white light beads, white light and warm white roses). From 0.33 to 0.67 it is blush, the default (blush ribbons, gold beads, three blush shades of rose). Above 0.67 it is rose (blush pink dark ribbons, white light beads, deep blush roses). The fondant, stand and leaves keep their colours. tierCount, tierHeight and roseCount rebuild the geometry in the viewer only; the GLB is the default snapshot. glb-lint: 0 errors and 6 heuristic warnings, all by design: material count and duplicates from the per-mesh export, non-indexed primitives from the flat facets, sibling overlaps from roses deliberately set into the tier walls, 'detached' ribbon and bead meshes that actually wrap the tiers (they sit in their own part groups), and a scale note because a 0.48 m cake is smaller than the direction's 1 m reference. The viewer uses a soft shadow catcher instead of the direction's pale ground disc. That is staging only and is not part of the GLB.
About the Cake 3D model
Cake is a free low-poly 3D model from the Wedding Venue set. It measures 37 cm × 48 cm × 37 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,704 triangles across 14 meshes, with 10 named parts. Download the 203 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Cake 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 203 KB: 2,704 triangles, 8,112 vertices and 14 materials, modelled in metres at 37 cm × 48 cm × 37 cm.
- Can I animate Cake?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 10 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Cake 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
