Aisles
A low-poly supermarket aisle made of two double-sided gondola shelf runs facing each other across a walkway. The shelves are stocked with colourful product blocks, and each run has end-cap displays and green header signs.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Aisles for the Supermarket kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Supermarket kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A full grocery store interior. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: white #f4f1ec, fresh green #3a883a, red #c32222, light wood #ac7d53, white dark #d7cebc, fresh green dark #235223, white light #f9f8f6, fresh green light #5db15d, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `brandColours` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Brand colours" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size at the defaults: about 4.0 m wide × 4.75 m deep × 2.26 m tall to the top of the header signs. Each gondola run is 0.98 m deep, 1.8 m tall and 3.75 m long (three 1.25 m bays), with a 0.5 m end cap at each end. The walkway between the runs is 1.8 m wide. The origin is the bottom centre of the footprint, resting on y = 0, and the aisle mouth faces +Z. The GLB has 6,420 triangles in 22 meshes (one per part and colour) and no animation clip. All 12 kit colours are present at the default brandColours (soot black appears only below 0.34). Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can appear on more than one material: recolour by name. Sign 'lettering' is modelled bars, not real text. brandColours (the kit's 'Brand colours') sets the share of product blocks in red/green brand colours versus neutral wood and white packaging. It also switches the price strips and end-cap side panels between white dark, fresh green and red, and the header signs between grey and green. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Only the defaults were rendered and checked. At the maximum bayCount (5) and shelfLevels (6), I estimate the model reaches about 11k triangles, which would be over the 10k budget (an estimate; not rendered). Product layout is seeded, so it is deterministic. glb-lint: 0 errors and 4 heuristic warnings (per-mesh duplicate materials, intentional nesting of shelves and stock against the spine, and the 2.26 m height versus its generic 1 m reference). plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphen in the slug-based ids this library requires. three-check accepts those ids, and all 6 survive the GLB reload.
About the Aisles 3D model
Aisles is a free low-poly 3D model from the Supermarket set. It measures 3.8 m × 2.3 m × 4.8 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 6,420 triangles across 22 meshes, with 6 named parts. Download the 360 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Aisles 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 360 KB: 6,420 triangles, 12,824 vertices and 22 materials, modelled in metres at 3.8 m × 2.3 m × 4.8 m.
- Can I animate Aisles?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 6 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Aisles 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
