Lockers
A low-poly bank of changing-room lockers: three columns of two-tier doors in court blue and energy orange, set in a dark blue carcass on a black kick plinth under a sloped anti-dust top. The upper right door stands ajar on a hollow cell holding a coat hook and a folded towel.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Lockers for the Sports Centre kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Sports Centre kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Courts, pool and gym. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: court blue #2e67b8, wood #7d5736, white #f4f1ec, energy orange #ed7e1d, court blue dark #1f457a, wood dark #47321f, court blue light #6190d1, wood light #ac7d53, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `sportOnCourt` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Sport on court" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: a bank of three 0.38 m locker columns, 1.14 m wide (X) with a 0.50 m deep carcass (Z). The kick plinth is 0.10 m high and set back 5 cm from the front. The carcass top is at 1.85 m and the sloped anti-dust top rises to 2.01 m at the back. The doors stand 2 cm proud of the carcass, and the upper right door swings out to the front when open. The origin is at the bottom centre of the carcass with the plinth resting on y = 0, and the doors face +Z. The exported model has 876 triangles in 30 meshes. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour; 7 of the 12 colours are used (wood, wood dark, wood light, court blue light and dark wood are not). The exporter writes one material per mesh, so the same colour name appears on several materials: recolour by name. The model is static, with no animation clip. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the model when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. sportOnCourt (the kit's 'Sport on court') sets the share of doors painted energy orange, filled in checkerboard order: 0 is all court blue, 0.5 on the default 3 × 2 bank is a full checkerboard, and 1 is all orange. lockerCount (2–5) and tiers (1–3) change the number of doors, so per-door part ids exist only for the doors present. doorOpen swings the top door of the right-hand column from closed to 100°. Number plates are blank: no numbers or text. three-check passed at the defaults. At the 5 × 3, all-orange, fully open extreme it passed all checks. At the 2 × 1, all-blue, closed extreme it passed everything except the planned-part-id checks, which fail only because the plan lists the default 3 × 2 door ids. glb-lint: 0 errors and 6 warnings. Two are about material count and duplicates, both caused by the per-mesh materials. One flags non-indexed geometry, which is deliberate flat shading. One flags sibling overlaps where vents, plates, handles and hinges are seated on their door slabs. One flags parts that only touch other parts, such as the top resting on the carcass and the towel on its shelf. One flags the 2.01 m height against the direction's 1 m reference, which is the real locker height. Its verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no host requirements contract was supplied. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires.
About the Lockers 3D model
Lockers is a free low-poly 3D model from the Sports Centre set. It measures 1.1 m × 2.0 m × 82 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 876 triangles across 30 meshes, with 11 named parts. Download the 87 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Lockers 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 87 KB: 876 triangles, 2,628 vertices and 30 materials, modelled in metres at 1.1 m × 2.0 m × 82 cm.
- Can I animate Lockers?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 11 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Lockers 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
