Plastic stools
A low-poly stack of three red plastic street-food stools with a loose yellow stool beside it. Each stool has a grip-slot seat, splayed legs, arched cut-outs and a small stall-number tag.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Plastic stools for the Night Market kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Night Market kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Food stalls under string lights. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: warm red #d0253c, yellow #eecd2b, charcoal #34383d, teal #2d8686, warm red dark #8f1929, yellow dark #bda00f, warm red light #de6374, yellow light #f0db75, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `cuisineAndSignText` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Cuisine and sign text" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: about 0.99 m wide × 0.55 m deep × 0.68 m tall at the defaults. Each stool has a 0.42 m seat height, a 0.28 m square seat and a 0.41 m square footprint at the feet. Three stools nest at a 0.13 m pitch, so the stack is 0.68 m tall. The origin is the bottom centre of the footprint, resting on y = 0, and the stall tags face +Z. The GLB has 1,568 triangles in 8 meshes (one per part and colour) and no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after a kit palette colour. Only 4 of the 12 kit colours are used, because the stools are single-colour moulded plastic. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so a colour name can appear on more than one material: recolour by name. The stall-number 'text' is modelled bars, not real lettering. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. Only the defaults were rendered and checked. cuisineAndSignText (the kit's 'Cuisine and sign text') sets the size of each stool's front stall tag and its number of bar lines (1–3). At 0 the tags are removed and the stools are plain. The nesting pitch comes from the leg splay, so stacked stools never interpenetrate at any seat height. glb-lint: 0 errors and 3 heuristic warnings. One is about duplicate materials, caused by the per-mesh materials. One flags overlapping tag plate and bar boxes, which are deliberately layered. The last flags the seat meshes as detached, but they are seated 2 mm into the leg panels, which are in a sibling group. plan-check passes except for its part-id regex, which rejects the hyphens in the slug-based ids this library requires. three-check accepts those ids, and all 9 survive the GLB reload.
About the Plastic stools 3D model
Plastic stools is a free low-poly 3D model from the Night Market set. It measures 99 cm × 68 cm × 55 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 1,568 triangles across 8 meshes, with 9 named parts. Download the 83 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Plastic stools 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 83 KB: 1,568 triangles, 2,736 vertices and 8 materials, modelled in metres at 99 cm × 68 cm × 55 cm.
- Can I animate Plastic stools?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 9 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Plastic stools 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
