Vine lift

A low-poly elven vine lift: a warm-white timber platform hanging on two green vine cables from a bark-brown drum windlass, driven by a side crank and gold gear between two posts. Includes a seamless 8-second lift loop.

This model carries a baked animation clip.

Left rail: colours and the 3 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Vine lift for the Elven Treetop City kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. It moves: author a seamless baked loop (2–12 s) with every pivot exactly at its hinge, axle or swivel, and keep the base still. This is one part of the Elven Treetop City kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Platforms and bridges high in giant trees. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: leaf green #3a883a, silver #b9bfc6, bark brown #6b4a2e, soft gold #cfaf59, leaf green dark #235223, silver dark #8f99a3, leaf green light #5db15d, silver light #e4e6e7, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `season` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Season" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id. Material names are the palette colour NAMES listed above (e.g. "leaf green", "dark wood") — never a hex code like "#3d2a1c".

Note: Real-world scale in metres: about 1.9 m wide, 1.44 m deep and 3.92 m tall including the gold finials; the platform is about 0.95 m square and travels up to 1.2 m. The base rests on y = 0 with the front facing +Z. The clip scene-motion (8 s, seamless) raises and lowers the platform and turns the drum, gold gear and crank about the axle; the base, posts and deck stay still. The vine cables are anchored at the drum and only scale in length. Every material is named exactly after its kit palette colour. Season picks the vine leaf colours: spring light green, summer green, late summer dark green, autumn soft gold. Part ids use the prefix elventreetopcityvinelift because the kit id grammar does not allow hyphens. Params rebuild the geometry and rebake the clip in the viewer; the downloaded GLB holds the default build. Fitted joints (axle in bearings, posts in the deck) overlap on purpose. Normals are flat per face, so the facets survive in any engine. glb-lint: 0 errors, heuristic warnings only (non-indexed flat-shaded geometry, intended nesting overlaps, height above its 1 m default). OBJ export carries geometry only.
