Round platforms

Three round plank platforms on splayed timber legs at staggered heights, joined by stepped plank bridges with silver handrails. Each deck is a radial ring of bark-brown boards on a dark timber drum with silver rim straps, a mid-grey rune inlay and hooded lanterns; one giant tapering bough with faceted leaf clumps and drooping vines sweeps over the group. A season knob recolours the canopy.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Round platforms for the Elven Treetop City kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Elven Treetop City kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Platforms and bridges high in giant trees. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: leaf green #3a883a, silver #b9bfc6, bark brown #6b4a2e, soft gold #cfaf59, leaf green dark #235223, silver dark #8f99a3, leaf green light #5db15d, silver light #e4e6e7, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `season` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Season" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real-world scale in metres: 13.42 m wide x 5.54 m tall x 7.71 m deep at the default params. The entry deck (front-left, nearest +Z) is 4.2 m across with its deck top 1.9 m above the feet line; the upper deck behind it is 2.8 m across and 2.39 m up; the far deck is 2.3 m across and 1.63 m up. Walkways are 1.0 m wide with about 0.34 m treads. All leg feet rest exactly on y = 0 and the model's origin is at the bottom centre of the footprint. Every material is named exactly after its kit palette colour (bark brown, dark wood, silver, silver dark, soft gold, leaf green dark, mid grey, soot black, warm white, leaf green) with the role and palette name in extras; there is one shared material per colour, so recolouring by name recolours the whole asset. Leaf green light and silver light carry the spring and winter canopy and are absent at the default season. Normals are baked per face, so the facets survive in engines that ignore flatShading. Static asset: no clip is baked and the GLB carries geometry only. Part ids use the prefix elventreetopcityroundplatforms because the kit part-id grammar does not allow hyphens. All four params rebuild the geometry, so they act in the viewer and scene module only; this GLB carries the default build. Verified across the full param range (platformCount 2-4, platformRadius 1.4-2.8 m, deckClearance 1.2-3.0 m, season 0-1 and their corners): every combination builds, stays grounded on y = 0 and stays inside budget at 4882-7790 triangles and 31-52 draw calls. The bough's trunk-side end is cut flat at the -X model edge, the kit's branch-module convention, so the tree continues past the asset; its +X tip tapers to a fine point hidden inside leaf mass. Fitted joints (planks capping the drum, planks buried into the rims, legs landing in their sole plates, collar rings and knee braces on the legs, lantern globes inside their hoods) overlap on purpose. glb-lint reports 0 errors and two heuristic warnings: the intended nesting overlaps above, and a scale note comparing this 5.5 m asset to the direction's 1 m reference height. Its overall verdict reads UNVERIFIED only because no requirements contract was supplied. OBJ export carries geometry only.
