Fruit crates

Three slatted wooden fruit crates — two stacked, one tipped on its side — heaped with low-poly fruit that spills from the tipped crate. Flat-shaded and game-ready, readable from every orbit angle.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Fruit crates for the Elven Treetop City kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Elven Treetop City kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Platforms and bridges high in giant trees. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: leaf green #3a883a, silver #b9bfc6, bark brown #6b4a2e, soft gold #cfaf59, leaf green dark #235223, silver dark #8f99a3, leaf green light #5db15d, silver light #e4e6e7, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `season` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Season" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real-world scale: bottom crate 0.46 x 0.28 x 0.34 m, top crate 0.36 x 0.18 x 0.27 m, tipped crate 0.30 x 0.20 x 0.24 m; the cluster is 1.03 x 0.50 x 0.59 m and rests exactly on y = 0. The season param lerps the fruit material between leaf green light #5db15d (unripe) and soft gold #cfaf59 (ripe); the material is named for its ripe state. fruitCount fills fruit slots in a fixed order (top-crate heap, then the spill, then fruit inside the tipped crate), so lowering it empties the heap first. glb-lint reports 0 errors; its two warnings are the intended slat/post nesting inside each crate and the direction's 1.0 m reference-height anchor (this prop is honestly 0.5 m tall). Part ids use underscores, not hyphens, because the kit's part-id regex forbids hyphens.
