Performer caravans
A low-poly pair of circus performers' living wagons, one midnight blue and one warm white, parked side by side under a striped awning with bunting. Each wagon has a striped barrel roof, gold trim, lit windows with shutters, a door with wooden steps onto the shared porch, a stove chimney and big spoked wheels.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Performer caravans for the Circus kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Circus kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): The big top comes to town. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: red and white stripes #f4f1ec, gold #d0a225, midnight blue #123464, red and white stripes dark #d7cebc, gold dark #8f7019, red and white stripes light #f9f8f6, gold light #debd63, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `stripeColours` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Stripe colours" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size: 7.68 m wide (x), 6.03 m deep (z) and 3.82 m tall to the chimney caps (default params). Each wagon body is 4.4 m long and 2.1 m wide, with walls 2.75 m high and the roof crown at about 3.3 m. The rear wheels are 0.96 m across and the front wheels 0.8 m. The drawbar runs 1.25 m out in front and rests on a ground foot. The wagons stand 3.2 m apart and the awning spans the porch between them. The front (drawbars) faces +Z, the origin is at the bottom centre of the footprint, and the model rests on y = 0. The GLB has 6,280 triangles in 45 meshes (one mesh per part and colour) and no animation clip. The scene stays under 7,000 triangles at the param maximums. Normals are baked flat (non-indexed). Every material is named exactly after its kit palette colour. The exporter writes one material per mesh, so recolour by name. Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. stripeColours (the kit's 'Stripe colours') sets the partner colour of the roof and awning stripes, the valance and the bunting: red and white stripes dark below 0.34, gold up to 0.66 (default), midnight blue above that. At the default, red and white stripes dark is not used, so the GLB has 10 named colours. bodyLength sets both wagons' length, gap sets the porch width, and roofRise sets the barrel-roof height. Part ids use 'circus.performer_caravans.*' rather than 'circus-performer-caravans.*' because the kit's part-id format does not allow hyphens. glb-lint reports 0 errors and 5 heuristic warnings: material count, duplicate per-mesh materials, unindexed flat geometry, sibling overlap from trims embedded in walls on purpose, and scale compared with the direction's 1 m reference. Its verdict line reads UNVERIFIED only because no requirements contract was supplied.
About the Performer caravans 3D model
Performer caravans is a free low-poly 3D model from the Circus set. It measures 7.7 m × 3.8 m × 6.0 m (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 6,280 triangles across 45 meshes, with 13 named parts. Download the 479 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Performer caravans 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 479 KB: 6,280 triangles, 18,840 vertices and 45 materials, modelled in metres at 7.7 m × 3.8 m × 6.0 m.
- Can I animate Performer caravans?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 13 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Performer caravans 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
