Trash bags

A low-poly heap of five full black bin bags dumped on a neon-lit back street. The bags have gathered necks, tied ears and neon drawstring ties. A crushed can, a paper ball and a flattened cardboard sheet lie at the foot of the pile.

How it was made

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:

Trash bags for the Cyberpunk Alley kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Cyberpunk Alley kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): A rain-soaked back street under neon. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: black #151619, neon pink #f994b6, cyan #20c6df, sodium yellow #eecd2b, black dark #090a0b, neon pink dark #f64c84, black light #3a3c40, neon pink light #fcdee8, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `neonColours` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Neon colours" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Real-world size: 1.46 m wide x 0.79 m tall x 1.14 m deep for the whole pile. Each bag is about 0.4-0.6 m across, like a full 80-120 L bin bag. The origin is the bottom centre of the footprint. Every bag base and litter item rests on y = 0, and the front faces +Z. Static prop with no animation clip. 1,536 triangles. Every material is named after its Cyberpunk Alley palette colour, so you can recolour by name. 9 of the 12 colours are used; neon pink dark, neon pink light and sodium yellow are not. The exporter writes a separate material copy per part, so the GLB has 13 material slots that share those 9 names. The neon ties and the can are slightly emissive. Facet normals are baked in, so the model stays flat-shaded in Blender, Godot and Unity. The bags overlap a few centimetres where they press into each other and the top bag sinks slightly into the two below it. This is deliberate squash, not a gap. Params only take effect in the 1DesignTool viewer, and the GLB is exported at the defaults. neonColours sets which drawstring ties and the can are cyan and which are neon pink (0 = all pink, 1 = all cyan, 0.5 = mixed). bagCount removes bags from the front and top of the pile (2-5). bagSize scales the bags and their spacing. slump flattens and spreads each bag's base. The viewer renders at exposure 0.85 instead of the direction's 1.05; this is a viewer-only override. Part ids use the hyphen-free root 'cyberpunkalleytrashbags' because the kit's part-id format does not allow hyphens. glb-lint: 0 errors. Its 3 heuristic warnings are the per-part material copies (13 slots vs the direction's soft limit of 10, but only 9 distinct palette materials), the duplicate-material copies, and the necks and ties overlapping their bags, which is intended nesting.
