Flower boxes
A low-poly Dutch street flower box: canal-green painted planks between cream corner posts under a cream cap rail, on four dark-wood feet. Two staggered rows of red and mixed-colour tulips stand over leafy soil. Part of the Bicycle City kit.

Left rail: colours and the 4 knobs the agent wrote into this model — they rebuild the geometry and go into your download. Right rail: looks for the viewer. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

The brief given to 1DesignTool's “3D object” template:
Flower boxes for the Bicycle City kit. Design it as one clear asset at believable real-world scale for that setting (state the size in metres in meta.notes), with its main parts modelled and named, readable at thumbnail size and from every orbit angle. This is one part of the Bicycle City kit (Low-poly style, flat-lowpoly direction): Streets made for bikes. Use ONLY the kit palette, by name: brick red lanes #c32222, canal green #3a883a, bright bike colours #b39d80, cream #f1e7d0, brick red lanes dark #821717, canal green dark #235223, brick red lanes light #db5757, canal green light #5db15d, soot black #1b1b22, warm white #f2ede2, mid grey #7d828c, dark wood #3d2a1c. Every material's `name` must be exactly the palette colour it uses — the GLB carries these names so the kit recolours as one; an unnamed material fails delivery. Kit knob: expose a param `bikeColours` (0–1, default 0.5) for the kit's "Bike colours" setting wherever it makes sense on this part, and keep that id.

Note: Size at the defaults: 1.03 m wide (x) × 0.33 m deep (z) × 0.64 m tall, including the tulips. The box is 1.0 × 0.30 m and 0.325 m tall to the top of the cap rail, standing on 4 cm feet. The origin is at the bottom centre, resting on y = 0, and the front faces +Z (the box is symmetric front to back). The GLB has 2,368 triangles in 13 meshes, merged per part and colour, with flat (non-indexed) normals and no animation clip. Every material is named exactly after the kit palette colour it uses; 9 of the 12 kit colours appear at the defaults. Warm white is in the mixed tulip set but only appears at some bikeColours/tulips values; soot black and mid grey are not used. bikeColours (the kit's 'Bike colours') is the share of tulips in the mixed bike colours (brick red lanes light, bright bike colours, cream, brick red lanes dark, warm white) instead of plain brick red lanes. The mixed tulips are picked in golden-ratio order, so they stay spread along the box at every value. length sets the box length (0.6–1.6 m), tulips sets 6–24 heads in two staggered rows, and stemHeight sets the tulip height above the soil (the back row stands about 16% taller). Params are baked into the GLB at their defaults and only change the geometry when the scene is rebuilt in the viewer. The defaults and both extreme combinations (0.6 m / 24 tulips / 0.34 m / colours 0, and 1.6 m / 6 / 0.14 m / colours 1) passed three-check. At 24 tulips in a 0.6 m box the heads crowd and touch. glb-lint: 0 errors. Its verdict is UNVERIFIED only because no requirements contract was supplied. Its 4 warnings are heuristics: duplicate material names across meshes, flat non-indexed shading, sibling overlap (the core, soil and leaves are nested in the box by design) and scale. plan-check rejects only the hyphenated library part ids, because its regex allows no hyphen; the same plan passes with the slug de-hyphenated, and three-check and the GLB keep all 8 ids. Fix round 1 added three pointed petal tips to each tulip cup (they read as berries before), denser leaf blades and two rows of leaf mounds over bare soil, and looser hero/front/side framing (the side view cropped the feet).
About the Flower boxes 3D model
Flower boxes is a free low-poly 3D model from the Bicycle City set. It measures 1.0 m × 64 cm × 33 cm (W × H × D) at real-world scale and is built from 2,368 triangles across 13 meshes, with 8 named parts. Download the 178 KB GLB and drop it into three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot or Blender — free for commercial use, no attribution required.
- Is the Flower boxes 3D model free for commercial use?
- Yes. It is free under the 1DesignTool 3D library license: use it in personal and commercial work — games, apps, websites, renders, ads and client projects — and modify it as you like, with no credit required. What you can't do is re-sell or re-distribute the file on its own or inside a model pack.
- What file format is it, and how big is it?
- A single binary glTF 2.0 file (.glb), 178 KB: 2,368 triangles, 7,104 vertices and 13 materials, modelled in metres at 1.0 m × 64 cm × 33 cm.
- Can I animate Flower boxes?
- It ships as a static mesh. Its 8 named parts are separate nodes, so you can move or animate each one in your engine.
- Which engines and tools can open it?
- Anything that reads glTF 2.0. three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, Godot 4 and Blender import the GLB directly; Unity and Unreal Engine load it through their glTF importers. The snippets above show the exact code for three.js, React Three Fiber, Godot and Blender.
- How was the Flower boxes 3D model made?
- Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) generated it inside 1DesignTool's 3D template from a written brief, then the design kit's checks verified the geometry and the GLB before it was published. You can make your own the same way with 1DesignTool.
