• Built Anvil, the company's first shared component library, from design audit to adoption: 34 primitives in React and TypeScript.
• Replaced three legacy CSS stacks with token-driven styles and removed around 28k lines of bespoke CSS.
• Added visual-regression testing to CI so interface regressions fail builds instead of reaching users.
• Led the frontend guild's weekly API review and mentored four engineers into senior-track work.

• Shipped twelve client sites for cultural and public-sector organisations.
• Built the studio's shared starter: theme tokens, accessibility defaults, and lint rules reused on every engagement.
• Led the accessibility overhaul of a national museum's website; it passed an external WCAG 2.1 AA audit.
