Can I refund or transfer my ticket? · Vé có hoàn/đổi được không?
Transfers are free in the app until 5 Sep. Refunds: 80% until 1 Aug, 50% until 1 Sep.

Is there an age limit? · Giới hạn độ tuổi?
All ages. Under-12s enter free with a ticketed adult; under-16s must leave the stage zones by 22:00.

SÓNG is rain-or-shine. Ponchos are free at both gates; sets only pause for lightning.

How do the shuttles work? · Xe trung chuyển chạy thế nào?
Shuttle A loops the city every 15 min (13:00–01:00). Shuttle B runs to Phù Cát airport for 3-day pass holders.
Tuyến A chạy vòng nội thành mỗi 15 phút. Tuyến B đi sân bay Phù Cát cho vé 3 ngày.
Can I bring food and drink? · Được mang đồ ăn/uống không?
One sealed water bottle per person. Free refill at both water points; outside alcohol is not allowed.
